I can't find the assembly instructions; where can I get them?

Do they come assembled?

The standing desk converter comes in 2 pieces, the main lift assembly and the keyboard tray. So the only thing that you need to install is the keyboard tray itself. The main part of the Ergospring comes pre-assembled.

 

Does it only go to the highest and lowest positions? Or can it be stopped somewhere in the middle to customize the height?

It is adjustable at any level between the max and min.

Can the height of the keyboard tray be adjusted independently from the desktop?

The distance is fixed and cannot be adjusted distance from the desktop.

How long is the warranty period for this product?

One (1) year.

My ErgoSpring Standing Desk is stuck/locked, and I can't raise it. What should I do?

New converters can be a little tight until they get worn in. This can easily be fixed with lubrication. A standard lubricating oil can be used.

Excellent ergonomic upgrade that fits easily on a standard office desk

Spending all day typing out ledger entries requires a workspace that doesn't wobble. This converter is remarkably solid and doesn't shake at all when I'm rapidly inputting data on the keyboard tray. It arrived fully assembled out of the box, which was fantastic since I didn't have time to build furniture between client deadlines. It takes up a fair amount of physical desktop footprint, but the ability to effortlessly stand and stretch my legs while reviewing financial models has drastically improved my midday energy levels and focus.

Great value and super easy to use

Really happy with this desk converter. It came mostly assembled, setup took minutes, and the lift is smooth and easy to adjust to any height.

It’s sturdy, fits my monitor and laptop comfortably, and doesn’t wobble when raised. Perfect if you want a standing desk without replacing your whole setup.

Only minor thing — it lowers a bit easier with some weight on it, but that’s expected.

Overall, amazing value for the price. Highly recommend!

Easy Way to Add Standing Without Replacing Your Desk

I didn’t want to buy a whole new desk, and this solved that problem right away. The lift feels balanced and doesn’t require much effort to adjust. It’s been a smooth transition into a sit-stand setup.
