I was looking for something that would let me move a little more while working instead of standing completely still. The ErgoActive Mat gives me a subtle way to shift my weight and change position throughout the day. It took a little practice at first, but I got comfortable with it fairly quickly. The compact size works nicely underneath my standing desk without taking over the floor area. I’ve found it particularly useful during tasks where I’m standing for longer stretches.
