Returns

We make returns fast, simple, and painless.  

You can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover ALL costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake. If you decide you don't want the desk within 30 days for reasons other than defect, we will refund 100% of the price paid after it is returned (no re-stocking fees). You are responsible for shipping in this case.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If your item was damaged during transit or you received a defective item, your products will be replaced by AnthroDesk at no charge. Just send us an email at support@anthrodesk.ca to receive your return authorization number and return shipping information. 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you’re returning your item for any reason other than factory defects or damage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
