We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), along with PayPal. We do not take personal cheques, money orders, cash, or CODs. 

For large orders (more than 10 desks), please contact us to talk to a sales representative about discounts, delivery, and installation options available.


Fast and Simple Returns & Replacements


We make returns fast, simple, and painless.  

You can return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover ALL costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product.  You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake. If you decide you don't want the desk within 30 days for reasons other than defect, we will refund 100% of the price paid after it is returned (no re-stocking fees). You are responsible for shipping in this case.

To return a product, please contact us at admin@anthrodesk.ca to receive your return authorization number and return shipping information.  To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be in like-new condition, must contain all the original accessories and be returned with the original packaging (unassembled). We will promptly credit your account upon receipt of your return. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the products that were sent sent were damaged or defective (these products will be replaced by AnthroDesk at no charge).

In the event of a special sale or offer where returns are not available, it will be clearly communicated as part of the offer.
